Horrible customer service! A bit of flexibility would go a long way. I bought and paid for a bread on karma and forgot to pick it up. So I came the next day, to find out that they threw away the bread that I had bought and paid for. Very sustainable policy Gateau! Bravo! We are humans and sometimes we do forget things. You could at least wait a day before you threw my bread into the trash. Ridiculous. Will never buy bread from here again. Thanks

Unfortunately today I didn’t have the greatest experience at Gateau. I love their cakes and I went to buy one but the cashier was very rude to me and my daughter. My daughter was touching the glass to tell she wanted to have and instead of him telling kindly to please not touch the glass, he was really rude to me and my daughter (she is 2 years old). I will not go back to Gateau if he is serving.

If you feel for a light and quick lunch a sandwich from gateau is a good option. Choose your bread and filling and they make if fresh for you! Nice coffee as well.

Very good place to dine with family........ Very good service.......... Very affordable and cozy place....................I would say a must visit place......I greatly suggest it's a good rest place........ In a nutshell... Awesomely baked for all..........
